The centre of Bratislava is progressively changing and transforming into a new modern downtown. Stylish apartments and offices on this location will be complemented with a new residential project by an experienced investor MINT INVESTMENTS, known mainly for its activities in Prague and across the Czech Republic. The designer followed up on the long-term vision for the city of Bratislava, which is the creation of a modern city centre, providing its inhabitants with a combination of housing, services and administration.
The Bratislava skyline will have yet another new landmark. Originality and the state-of-the-art technology are the elements that will describe the residential project. The zone of the new “downtown” will be enriched with pleasant warm hues and natural materials. The Prague architecture studio City Work Architects, which is behind the project, puts emphasis on the original expression of the entire project and incorporates in it a lot of greenery.
The project sale will be initiated in November this year by the exclusive seller HERRYS. “We are very pleased to be able to offer our clients this exceptional property and investment, its value will certainly last and grow. Its prospects lie in the materials used, functional architecture and technologies,” states Filip Žoldák, partner of HERRYS.
